RO-Communications(Jamaica) was founded by Yvonne Grinam-Nicholson, an Accredited Business Communicator with over twenty years of communications experience and over thirteen years of expertise in the financial services sector, in particular, at the Jamaica Stock Exchange.

A former journalist, she has conceptualized and spearheaded several communications and marketing initiatives in the financial services sector. These include: the establishment of the industry’s Best Practices Awards; the Regional Conference on Investments and the Capital markets; Analyst of the Year Competition and training in the equities market. She has also been responsible for producing all the printed public education materials and all major events of the Jamaica Stock Exchange. She has local and international training in marketing and communications and a MA and a BA degree from the University of the West Indies. She is a past student of the Queens’ School.
